Super Simple Spinach Dip

You will notice that this recipe doesn't require the usual packet of dried vegetable soup mix.  I love that recipe, but one too many times have gone to buy the soup mix only to see empty space on the shelf at the store.  This simple recipe solves that problem and is tasty while adding its crunch from fresh carrots! Winning combination overall, wouldn't you agree?

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 bag (12 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients together in a bowl.  Chill at least 2 hours before serving with crackers, chips or vegetables. Yield: 3 cups
