Ingredients
2 cups blanched almond flour1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 T. honey
2 T. almond butter
1 T. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Directions
Whisk together the flour and salt in a medium bowl. Add the oil, honey, almond butter, and vanilla and combine well. Use your hands to get it all combined if necessary. Mix in the chocolate chips and roll into 1" to 1 1/2" balls. Store in the refrigerator.Adapted from Perry's Plate
